What shall I do if my building is flooded?

A flooded home or workplace can feel impossible to deal with. From water extraction and reducing the risks that contaminated water can bring to the build up of mould and water damage, it can feel daunting to even know where to start. But at Kleen Tech, we take away of the stress, leaving you time to concentrate on more important matters. Our flood restoration service will bring your home or office to as close to pre-water damage condition as possible, meaning that you don’t have to deal with the hassle of arranging one job after the next – we will manage the job from start to finish, minimising downtime, disruption and costs.

What to do when your house floods?

First, ensure your safety by checking for electrical hazards and structural damage. Then, call Kleen-Tech immediately for inspection and to start restoration to minimize damage. Remove items from wet areas to aid water extraction and prevent mould. You can assist by removing water with buckets or towels before Kleen-Tech arrives. We will then complete the drying, provide documentation, and handle the remaining restoration, including flooring and insurance claims assistance.

Carpet Steam Cleaning Clayton 3168

Carpets can collect dust, dirt, and stains over time, especially in high traffic areas. In Clayton properties, this buildup can affect both the appearance and cleanliness of your space. Regular deep cleaning helps restore carpets and improve indoor conditions.

Kleen Tech provides professional carpet steam cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. Our team uses advanced equipment that injects hot steam into carpet fibres to loosen dirt and remove embedded debris. This process helps lift stains and refresh the overall look of your carpets.

We also treat carpets for mould and mildew where needed. In addition, we sanitise surfaces to help remove odours and stains caused by pets, spills, or everyday use. As a result, your carpets are left cleaner, fresher, and more hygienic.

Carpet Steam Cleaning Clayton

Carpets can lose their condition after water damage or flood restoration. In these cases, steam cleaning plays an important role in removing contamination and restoring the carpet to a usable state. It also helps improve the overall condition of the property after drying has been completed.

Our team does more than clean the surface. We also ensure that underlying areas such as flooring are properly treated during the process. Using specialised equipment, we extract dust, dirt, and residue from deep within the carpet fibres. This helps improve both appearance and hygiene.

After cleaning, carpets may feel slightly damp. This is normal and usually dries within the day, depending on airflow and ventilation. We follow a consistent cleaning method to ensure even coverage across all areas. As a result, your carpets are left looking refreshed and your Clayton property feels cleaner and more comfortable.

Carpet Steam Clean

We are here to restore your carpets through our trained staff and specialised equipment to bring the carpets in your Clayton property back to life. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They removed mould from a house that I just bought and the house was completely covered in mould.

They understood that we are only going to live there temporarily and did a great job house is now painted and looks brand new. They were happy to provide advice how to keep moisture levels down and some things to rectify and house has been mould free and humidity has been controlled. On top of all this they were the most competitive with price would recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kleen-tech were great when they came out to dry and repair our carpets that were flooded. They came out on the same day we contacted them.
They had some delays in returning to pick up the drying equipment and finish the repairs, however they went above our expectations to set things right.
Clement was lovely and very helpful and his team were very professional.
We would have no hesitations using Kleen-tech again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wow, Palinda and his team did such a fantastic job with our water-damaged carpets on three (unlucky!) occassions in quick succession. The drying technology they use is top-shelf, their service is impeccable, and best of all they are truly exceptional value compared with others. Hands down the most genuine, honest tradespeople I've used. Hopefully we don't need their services again, but if we do... No hesitation! Thanks guys.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Clement and his technician, Avishka, could not have been more helpful and professional when our washing machine outlet hose detached and bedroom carpet was flooded. Avishka arrived within an hour of our request, which was made late on a Friday afternoon. The price was reasonable, too. I'm very happy to recommend Kleen-Tech and won't hesitate to use them again.
